Flexis S.A.S, the independent company formed from the joint venture between Renault Group, Volvo Group, and CMA-CGM in April 2024, is pleased to announce a systems and solutions services agreement with Volvo Group, marking an important milestone in our ongoing collaboration.

This agreement allows Flexis to leverage Volvo Group’s expertise in fleet connectivity, security and operational infrastructure. This enhances Flexis’ electric vehicle fleet management solutions, enabling businesses to meet the increasing demand for sustainable urban transport and low-carbon logistics.

Flexis is focused on offering a comprehensive suite of services that help companies optimize fleet operational efficiency and reduce costs. With vehicle solutions designed as “electric native”, Flexis aims to offer seamless integration of uptime management, energy efficiency, driver monitoring, routing optimization, and cargo management. This aligns with Flexis’ mission to provide innovative and cleaner solutions, essential for the future of urban logistics.

Together, Flexis and Volvo Group will be able to develop cutting-edge solutions that address challenges such as vehicle maintenance, real-time data integration, and operational productivity, ensuring a more efficient and sustainable urban logistics ecosystem.

This agreement allows us to push the boundaries of sustainable urban logistics, leveraging our combined strengths to create solutions that meet the challenges of tomorrow's cities. We are strengthening our capacity to respond to unique last-mile delivery providers’ needs and provide tailored solutions both for the hard and software found within the vehicle, and the changing landscape of urban models.
